Enable the Office 365 Integration to automatically sync emails and calendar events into Buildr.

1. Navigate to the top-right of the page and click Profile. Under Integrations, select "Connect Microsoft 365."

2. Emails between you and the corresponding contact in Buildr will pull in from Outlook to the contact's activity feed.

Additionally, if the corresponding contact is listed as a contact in any project directories, the email will also populate in the activity feed of all associated projects. This ensures that your team can view and track all correspondences surrounding the project.

If a contact is listed in more than one project directory, Buildr makes it easy for you to select which project the email is linked to. Learn how to do this here.
