Get started with Buildr Mobile (iOS)

With the Buildr mobile app, you can view and update your data directly on your iPhone. Whether you're on-the-go or in between job sites, you have all the information you need to stay connected to your team and move projects forward with the Buildr CRM app.

App Setup

To get started, visit the iOS App Store, search for Buildr: The Construction CRM, and download the application. Open the app and select Sign In. Enter your Buildr credentials (email and password) or sign in with Procore.

Once logged in, you will have access to all of your projects, companies, contacts, and tasks.

Mobile App Features

Home Page

The home page is the central hub for your tasks, pursuits, contacts, and companies. View your upcoming and overdue tasks, as well as all Projects that are assigned to you.

Search Tool

With the search tool, you can quickly locate any project, contact, or company. Select the focused search functionality to pinpoint exactly which area in Buildr you wish to search.

Opportunities Page

Manage every aspect of your jobs right on your phone. Gain a clear overview of all your projects, what stage they are in, and any associated activities. Toggle between Mine and All to view projects that are assigned to you or view projects that are managed by your team members.

Tasks Page

Stay on top of action items with Tasks. This feature enables you to keep track of all your to-do's. Whether it's a meeting, sending a project proposal, or a reminder to follow up with your stakeholders, Tasks will help stay on top of essential checklist items.


Get the most out of Buildr CRM by ensuring you are using the latest version of the app. To check which version you're using, select Settings and look for the version ID at the bottom of your screen.
